# Business Admin Dashboard

Every business onboarded onto the Spendl infrastructure receives a fully branded Admin Dashboard scoped to their organisation.

The dashboard is built on the same regulated infrastructure that powers the Spendl platform, configured for your business, your users, and your brand.

### What You Get

Your Admin Dashboard is branded to your organisation's identity, including your logo and brand colours. It is accessible via a dedicated URL and gives your team full operational visibility and control over your user base, compliance processes, card operations, and crypto flows.

Two access roles are available:

| Role | What it can do |
| -------------- | ------------------------------------------------------------------------------ |
| Super Admin | Full access to all dashboard sections, user management, controls, and settings |
| Standard Admin | Scoped access with reduced controls, set by your Super Admin |

### Dashboard Sections

#### Operations

**Summary**

The Summary page is your operational home screen. It provides high-level metrics across your user base, KYC pipeline, card issuance, treasury position, and pending withdrawals at a glance.

Key metrics visible on the Summary include:

* Total users
* Cards issued
* Pending withdrawals
* Treasury Command balance and pending pool activity
* Onboarding Intelligence: total pending, cleared, pending, and at-risk KYC statuses

**Orders**

The Orders section gives you visibility and management of all card orders placed by your users. You can track order status, review card issuance activity, and manage fulfilment across your user base.

**Employees**

The Employees section allows you to manage your internal team members who have access to the Admin Dashboard. You can add, manage, and control employee-level access from here.

**Users**

The Users section is the primary management layer for your customer base. You can view all registered users, access individual user profiles, review account status, and manage user activity across your platform.

**Link Cards**

Link Cards allows you to link physical or virtual cards to user accounts directly from the admin panel, supporting card activation and account management workflows.

#### Compliance

**KYC**

The KYC section gives you full management capability over the identity verification process for your users. It contains three sub-sections:

| Section | What it covers |
| --------------------- | ----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- |
| Identity Verification | Review and manage KYC submissions, approve or escalate verifications, and monitor the status of your user onboarding pipeline |
| Export and Management | Export KYC data and manage verification records across your user base |
| Logs | Access logs related to data processing activity for compliance and audit purposes |

The Onboarding Intelligence panel on your Summary page reflects the live status of your KYC pipeline, showing cleared, pending, and at-risk users in real time.

**Audits**

The Audits section provides a full activity log across your dashboard. All admin actions are recorded here, giving you a clear audit trail for compliance, governance, and internal review purposes.

**Crypto**

The Crypto section manages digital asset activity for your users and the associated ZAR conversion and payout flows.

It contains two sub-sections:

| Section | What it covers |
| ----------- | ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------ |
| ZAR to Bank | Once a user's digital assets have been deposited and converted to ZAR, this section allows your admin team to initiate the ZAR withdrawal function for payout processing |
| Funding | Once the ZAR withdrawal is initiated, this section is used to load and confirm the payment to complete the payout flow |

User-facing crypto activity (deposits, withdrawals, and send to card for ZAR conversion) is managed through the Spendl App. The admin Crypto section handles the downstream ZAR settlement and payout steps on the business side.

#### System

**Notifications**

The Notifications section allows you to manage system and operational notifications across your platform. You can configure and review notifications relevant to your user base and admin team.

### How It Works End to End

Your Admin Dashboard sits on top of the same regulated Spendl infrastructure your users interact with through the app. Everything that happens in your user-facing product is visible and manageable from your admin panel.

A typical operational flow looks like this:

1. Users onboard through your branded product and complete KYC
2. Your admin team reviews and manages KYC status through the Identity Verification section
3. Users deposit digital assets, which are converted to ZAR inside the Spendl system
4. Your admin team processes the ZAR payout through ZAR to Bank and Card Funding
5. Cards are issued and managed through Orders and Link Cards
6. All activity is logged and auditable through the Audits section

### Getting Access

Your branded Admin Dashboard is set up as part of the Spendl business onboarding process.
