# Remittances

Remittances allow users to send money across borders using Spendl's secure infrastructure and compliant financial rails.

Spendl makes cross border payments simple, fast, and transparent by allowing users to send funds to mobile wallets, bank accounts, or cash pickup locations across supported African countries from one platform.

Spendl Remittances are designed to reduce the complexity, delay, and cost traditionally associated with international transfers.

Instead of relying on separate third party services, users can move value across borders directly through Spendl, while recipients receive funds through trusted local payout methods in their country.

## What Remittances Enable

Spendl supports remittances across supported African countries.
